SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Fairways Golf Texas LLC ("Fairways Golf," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

Fairways Golf sends transactional SMS messages to customers who have opted in. Message types include:

• One-time passcodes (OTPs) for account authentication
• Registration and account confirmations
• Booking and reservation confirmations
• Door-access links for unmanned facility entry
• Occasional service updates related to your account

This is not a marketing or promotional SMS program.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Fairways Golf by:

• Checking the SMS opt-in checkbox and providing your mobile number during account registration at fairwaysgolftx.com
• Checking the SMS opt-in checkbox and providing your mobile number during online booking at fairwaysgolftx.com
• Providing your mobile number and verbal or written consent to staff at our facility

By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Fairways Golf at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, bookings, and authentication requests. You should expect to receive a message each time you book, register, or request a one-time passcode.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Fairways Golf does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for incoming and outgoing SMS messages according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message, after which we will not send you further SMS messages. To rejoin the program, you must opt in again using one of the methods described in Section 2.

6. Help and Support

For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, email support@fairwaysgolftx.com, or visit fairwaysgolftx.com. Our HELP auto-reply will include our business name and contact information.

7. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier network and is outside our control.

8. Privacy

Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, or consent records, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile information is shared only with subprocessors that directly support message delivery (such as our SMS gateway provider), who are contractually prohibited from using the information for their own purposes.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to opt in to the SMS program. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you have the authority to consent to receive SMS messages at that number.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
